What is the status of my order?

We can update your order only before it has been processed for shipping. Once it enters “preparing for shipping” or beyond, changes are no longer possible.

What if I’m not home during delivery?
If you’re unavailable, the courier may attempt redelivery or contact you to reschedule. In some cases, you may need to collect your package from a nearby facility.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Item must be purchased from Petsamuse
  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Request must be made within 30 days of delivery

Can I exchange an item?
Yes, exchanges are available under the same conditions as returns. Just mention your preferred replacement when contacting support.


Are returns free?
